Dumper wave where you can feel dis-associated with God. Where you can feel down or depressed. It can be a real struggle to get up. You lose momentum. Things in your life just don't go smoothly.

Energetic Continuum I am intuitively told is a state of existence where your life flows as a smooth wave carrier. No severe peaks and troughs. A beautiful wave in unison with the flow and harmony of the goodness of God.  

God My God means total, pure, light, oneness, all encompassing, goodness etc.

Your God may be Allah, Buddha, Universal Light, Pure Nature or ...Providing it is pure, it is all that matters.

Golden Light I am able to see your skin, usually your hands and face, covered in golden light. This allows me a physical indicator as to how well you are currently anchored to the light. If you are a person with low life force your skin looks greyish and mottled with golden light. A consistent gold light is ideal and when this occurs as you will know as you will feel in a greater flow of harmony.

I am also able to see graphic pictures of your meridian flow. When it is in perfect harmony, it is all light.

When a person is gravely ill, I see the meridians channels as lights going out. If we are able to bring back life force, I then see it as little pin prick lights being turned back on. As a person's life force improves, the meridian channels become lighter and brighter. Even in the state of a common cold, a person's life force is slightly less bright.

Rose Oil applied to your thymus gland and all of your heart chakra assists your body's electrical vibration to connect more easily to God. Rose oil has the highest frequency at 320 Mega Hertz  of all essential oils currently known on the planet. Rose oil has a higher carrier frequency than all plants and herbs. In ancient times people ate rose petals. The red rose has been descried as the Queen of Flowers. Rose is known as a remedy for depression.

On a personal level I received intuitive guidance that the essence of the Mother energy of the Blessed Virgin Mary found it to resonate to us when we use essential rose oil particularly on and around our thymus gland and heart chakra. Also when we apply rose oil in our ears it will assist in us taking on a greater level of harmony from peoples words. On a practical when you think of smelling pure pink or red roses and how it makes you feel. A dozen red roses would help to sway any ones heart!

Many of you will recall that when St. Bernadette of Lourdes saw the vision of Our Lady, there were roses on Our Lady's feet.        

Rose Oil may be used in inhalations, as perfume, in pure body creams or in your massage oil. You will feel it infusing through your being supporting your grace and harmony.

Rose Oil supports you in Universal Humming, Track 3 which is Gratitude. This track is also dedicated to the feminine energy of Mother Mary. 

Thymus Gland is located under the centre of your chest. Your thymus processes T-leucocytes assisting your cells to recognise and destroy abnormal bacteria, viruses and all types of abnormal cell growth in the body, including cancer.

The Thymus gland is also known as the heart chakra.

When I see a person clearing and releasing energy I see it as energy being emitted from the entire thymus area and being replaced with an energy that looks like pure white golden light.

(The hands & feet also have rushes of energy being released.

Out of interest cats seem to release mainly by their moving their tails.)  

 I am able to see light running in and out of your thymus as the changes in your energy or frequency occur.

Up wave  A place or state of being where you feel fabulous, just ecstatic, sometimes it is like an artificial high. It is exaggerated as you don't want to lose this great feeling. You know at some level that the dumper wave will come back. You try to hang onto the up wave.
